Our story

Ratherton Coach House has been beautifully refurbished and we are delighted to welcome guests to this peaceful corner of the North Devon countryside. Set within the grounds of the Ratherton estate, the Coach House offers a simple yet elegant three-bedroom retreat designed for relaxed countryside stays.The property and surrounding land are cared for by Simon and his family, who have lived on and worked the estate for generations. With a genuine connection to the land and a long history of farming and stewardship, they have carefully restored the Coach House to create a place that feels warm, authentic and quietly special.
